How the faucet drips

1. Native Holder Rewards are OFF. The creator fee goes to the dev wallet, which splits it at midnight ET. 70% of creator fees go to holders, 30% to the dev, every night with fees, all on chain.
2. About 3/4 of the holders' share goes out as nightly BONK drips.
3. About 1/4 of the holders' share goes into a public milestone pot, planned to pay holders once at each market cap milestone target: $50K, $100K, $250K and $500K, pro rata. Milestone hits are checked nightly at midnight ET.
4. Drips use a snapshot at the midnight ET settle. Each milestone drop uses its own snapshot at a random time after the target is hit. Minimum $20 at snapshot.
5. Drip costs (new BONK account rent + network fees) come out of the holders' 70%. The dev's 30% is never reduced.
6. Every drip and payout is logged in a public ledger with its tx link. Milestone pot wallet: public, with live balances on the proof page.
